Ivan is a Melbourne based double and electric bass player, composer, bandleader and instrumental teacher with over 20 years experience in the industry composing, arranging and performing with groups spanning small and large ensembles and styles from soloist and duets  to a mariachi band.

Since 2016 he has been the manager, composer and arranger for AK’s Bone Patrol, which feature his original compositions influenced by contemporary jazz, funk, middle eastern flavours and a touch of world and swampy grooves. Performing in venues such as the Paris Cat, Open Studio, Bar Oussou, Farouks Olive and Bar 303.
